SULTAN HOPES FOR END TO INSECURITY IN NIGERIA

His eminence the Sultan of Sokoto Alhaji Muhammad Sa'ad Abubakar has expressed hope that the Nigeria 's deep Insecurity and other related problems will come to an end .

He made the statement while recieving the Emir of Argungu ,Alhaji Samaila Muhammad Mera and members of his entourage who paid him the annual traditional Sallah homage at his Palace in Sokoto .

The Sultan observed that , Nigeria is facing the insecurity and other related challenges that will come to an end by the will of the Almighty Allah.

He explained that no challenge persists forever .

We as leaders are working tirelessly towards improving safety , and wellbeing of the citizens for them to enjoy normal live and worship their creator.

He called upon the traditional leaders to close ranks ,support and pray for the leadership to overcome the challenges of insecurity and other related issues across various parts of the country .

At the Palace ,the Emiir of Argungu Alhaji Samaila Muhammad Mera said they were at the Palace on behalf of the Emir of Gwadu ,Alhaji Muhamnadu Iliyasu Bashar to paid the Salla homage as well as to reinforce their allegiance to the Seat of the Caliphate for fostering Unity and understanding.

He said that their emirates remained loyal to the Sultanate for the qualitative leadership of the Sultan of Sokoto who is working painstakingly towards peaceful coexistence and national building in the nation.

He prayed for the Sultan the long live and successful reign in the Kingdom.(The path newspaper sokoto)
